Skore Review 2019

A Year of Growth

At the end of 2019 we’d like to take some time to review what has been a year of great positive change at Skore. Skore Software has grown from strength to strength and we are excited for 2020. Here is a general round up of all the highlights.

Our Product.

The Skore platform has gone through a number of significant changes over the last year launching two new modules for the platform – Robotic Assess and Lean Assess. Making the most of the data captured from process discovery, these innovative modules enable users to instantly gain insights from their process maps and create robust business cases. Skore also introduced a number of features such as Custom Fields giving users the ability to capture any type of extra information (i.e Risks, Requirements, Costs etc) needed in a process map resulting in an enhanced experience and greater versatility of the platform. Behind the scenes Skore has also been working hard to assure a first class quality software product. The platform migrated to AWS (Amazon Web Services), initiated Automated Release Cycles to facilitate quick releases and fix bugs rapidly. Testing, Automation and Migration has meant a more powerful and secure Skore platform. This hard work will provide solid foundations for Skore, ready to build upon and offer new exciting features in 2020.

Our Company

In response to demand Skore’s workforce has continued to expand rapidly. In February we welcomed Roger Taylor, Business Advisor, as our Non Executive Director. Anna Roebuck joined us in June as our Marketing Manager quickly followed by Toby Reed, our new Dev Ops Engineer, Ruben Robles in September as our Back End Developer and finally Angus Sim, Strategic Business Development in December. Our newly expanded Sales and Marketing team and Technical team is just one symbol of the success Skore has experienced in 2019 and sets us up to embrace 2020 and our new objectives with enthusiasm and the necessary resources!

Our Business

Skore’s software platform has given us the opportunity to develop new partnerships (such as Lawrence & Wedlock) and consolidate existing successful ones (such as Marjolo). In fact our partners continue to grow solidly and will continue to form a vital part of our business model in 2020.  Our increased sales have meant more workspaces being sold in a wide range of industries including Legal, It Services, Insurance and Construction. Skore’s strategic offering enables the platform to work with customers and partners from a wide range of different industries but who all strive to achieve a cutting edge approach to digital transformation.

Closer to home our training and certification programme has launched with great success. Our first Skore associates and practitioners are now certified and ready to take on the world of Digital Transformation. Skore has already run numerous training sessions and due to demand this looks set to become a monthly occurrence in 2020.

The Year Ahead

2020 will bring fresh changes and challenges to the Skore team. Exciting new product developments plus collaborations with Partners are planned to keep Skore at the leading edge of Digital Transformation. The Skore team looks set to grow and Skore will be relaunching the Skrum community as part of their push to empower people to deliver successful, harmonious and healing process improvement in their organisations.

All that is left to do is to wish you all a wonderful Christmas season. We look forward to working with all our partners and customers in 2020.
